What an amazing experience! The girls and I arrived to volunteer for the event.Olivia worked the check-in desk and Ali collected gifts and organized them as they began to come in. We all wore stickers identifying ourselves as Cornwall @ The Mall shoppers and it was tremendous to begin to see 300+ people shopping (mostly at Target! ) and we cleared their shelves by the end of the night.
Meet and Greet as families arrived to shop.. Olivia had all of the details down pat and greeted shoppers professionally as they arrived... made her Mother proud! Future event planner...
Ali found her niche in unloading the gifts! She had a blast - what kid wouldn't? They were still talking about it the next day.
And we ended up being blessed with 2- $10 gift cards from the Mall so that the girls
could experience purchasing and giving! Thank you Bellis Fair!
In the end, the toys collected for the night filled the table, stairs, 2 more tables behind. Indescribable!
